Statute Of Repose
A statute of response is also called as nonclaim statute. It is also somewhat similar to statute of limitations. It is also a statute that takes off several legal rights if the deadline is not strictly adhered to. But most courts believe that statute of repose is broader than other statutes. It differs from the statute of limitations in the deadline. As the deadline imposed by statutes of repose are enforced more strictly than that of other statutes. Similarly, the operation of statutes of limitations can be avoided or the evidence of responsibility can be concealed. Some statutes of limitations even sometimes run only if the injury complained is identified. Also it is said that all statuses are limitations are statuses of repose. But some statuses of repose operate differently from the statuses of limitations as well. The former generally impose much strict deadlines than that of the later.
